  • Support Testing:Participate in testing activities, responding to customer issues and change requests.
  • Drive Project Success:Take corrective action when necessary to ensure project success, collaborating with internal teams.
  • Foster Relationships:Develop and maintain collaborative relationships across the customer lifecycle, promoting retention and growth.
  • Provide Thought Leadership:

Essential Skills and Background:

  • Superior experience implementing SAP Fieldglass solutions, particularly in Contingent Management or Services Procurement modules for companies in Japan.
  • Understanding of Japanese Labor Law:Familiarity of Haken law and Subcontractor law pertaining to non-permanent employees
  • Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese (Fluent/Native) and English (business level).
  • Technical Aptitude:Superior technical aptitude with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Consulting Skills:Demonstrated ability to consult effectively with customers, influence outcomes, and manage client expectations.
  • Composure and Conflict Resolution:Maintain composure in difficult situations and defuse conflicts by finding win-win solutions.
  • Attention to Detail:High attention to detail and quality standards for own work products.
  • Time Management:Ability to self-manage time and tasks, handling multiple concurrent customer engagements effectively.
  • Relationship Building:Ability to quickly build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
  • Continuous Learning:Ability to learn complex concepts under various conditions, including formal training and peer collaboration.
  • XML Coding Experience:Experience with XML coding.
