Key Responsibility
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation for ServiceNow implementations.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Execution: Oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring that tasks are completed according to the project plan and addressing any issues or risks promptly.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and ensure that expenditures remain within financial constraints.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including technical consultants, developers, and business analysts.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality ServiceNow solutions that meet client requirements and adhere to best practices.
- Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, risk assessments, and resolution of issues.
Skills and attributes for success
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, with at least 3 years specifically managing ServiceNow projects.
- ServiceNow Expertise: Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITAM) and best practices for implementation and configuration.
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex projects, with a track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget.
- Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues and risks proactively.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred.
Ideally, you’ll also have
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
Experience in engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
