Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work with local market to partner on existing capital discussions, as well as 5-year replacement and upgrade planning utilizing IB Global Search and Fleet Health
  • Update customer validated replacement date, frontline feedback, and opportunity funnel for top accounts based on customer discussions (salesforce.com)
  • Advance use of the fleet health toolkit within the local market including new enhancements or standard work
  • Partner with Services Lifecycle Specialists on large upcoming renewals as part of customer lifecycle strategies
  • Generate Fleet Health, Why Stay, and Option Inventory reports as needed for customer discussion
  • Travel onsite as requested by commercial team to discuss the Fleet Health, Why Stay, and Option Inventory analytics
  • Maintain an inventory of customer strategies and current funnel progression, working towards and exceeding an 80% win rate and overall install base average age reduction
  • Collaborate with the Technology Assessment team for customers requiring a deeper fleet analysis
  • Work directly with the operations, product, service, GoldSeal, and finance teams to put together compelling offerings for fleet health customers

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED or at least 4 years of experience in sales

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
