Your key responsibilities

• Leads multi country, multi service implementations for EY leveraging the available technology, processes and tools.
• Proactively works on transformation projects to identify process improvement opportunities and automation opportunities thus reducing the cost of delivery, improve business performance and client satisfaction aligned with the business objectives.
• Maintains advanced interpersonal skills to engage, as a thought leader, with peers and other senior executives of the firm, in cross business discussions within a matrixed organization
• Maintain a collaborative but firm approach with all interactions and keep discussions focused on fact-based needs and then align a strategy that satisfies those needs with measurable outputs.
• Resolves team conflicts with a proven ability to implement and communicate difficult decisions. Provide individual, team and peer mentoring as appropriate and required to develop capabilities within team, function and organization.

Skills and attributes for success

• End-to-end experience leading large scope implementations and global transformational initiatives working with senior leadership.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and coaching skills
• Understand the criticality of handling large-scale projects seamlessly on Implementations. Crafting a value for end users by streamlining & simplifying their processes, thus building relevant business impact. Demonstrate expertise in designing innovative solutions.

• Ability to handle multiple deliverables with quality and timelines.
• Ability to multi-task and handle pressure intensive deliverables
• An ideal candidate must have managed and executed large multi country, multi service complex tax implementation.
• Candidate must possess excellent Client management, program management skill, situation handling, advance presentation skill, handled Senior Management (CEO/ Tax Director/ CFO/Program sponsor) connect.
• Good analytical, judgment, tact and decision-making ability along with critical thinking skills
• Experience in implementing Finance/Tax process in non-captive organizations would be preferred.
• Prior experience working with global stakeholders and managing offshore & onshore process implementations.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Overall Experience 15+ yrs.
• Client Transition specialist preferably in Tax domain
• Industry Type: Tax, Finance, Banking
• Project management and/ or Change Management certifications
• Analytical skills – Excel, PowerBi, AI
