The Architect keep the role of system owner and is technically responsible for:
- Architectural internal and external design;
- Landscaping design;
- Coordination with external Consultant or Agency and internal Jacobs functions.
Here's what you'll need
- Degree in Architectural;
- 5+ years’ experience in Design development (from Master planning to Basic and Detail Design phase) and construction with EPC/EPCM consulting firms;
- Experience in Buildings, Data Centers, site planning and permitting;
- Responsibilities as a Deputy or Lead Architect on medium sized projects or Area Lead on large sized projects with technical support and leadership;
- Multi Office Design team coordination, promote workshare execution with other Jacobs Offices and coordinate it;
- International multi-disciplinary Teamwork attitude;
- Active learning attitude;
- Knowledge of local and international technical codes;
- Knowledge and capability to work with BIM/2D Civil/Architectural software (Revit, AutoCAD, Civil3D, etc.);
- Coordination skills to coordinate project with other technical disciplines for their area of responsibility;
- Focused on quality in delivering + keep the schedule, ensure consistency and integrity of CSA design throughout project and review design for logic and functionality;
- Capability to develop detailed specifications for the project. Inquire, evaluate, and prepare purchase requisition of works and sub-contracts;
- Capability to define and develop the work share scope of work and effectively execute the work as per project requirements;
- Availability for international job assignments;
- Construction site experience will be a plus.
