Your responsibilities will be to:
Solve technical/quality issues to increase process capability
Ensure process productivity (OEE > 85%) and increase output
Optimize workstations and production lines
Analyze and solve deviations found in process productivity or component quality
Conduct employee trainings related to processes and products
Prepare and update process documentation (work standards, instructions, etc.)
Involved in transfers and implementation the new production lines
Maintain proper information in ERP data base
Kaizen workshops in engineering areas
Keep processes at high, stable quality level combined with high productivity on assembly line
Our requirements:
BSc or MSc degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related
Preferably more than two years of relevant professional experience with machines in manufacturing companies, assembly shops or similar
Understanding of manufacturing and quality engineering principles and concepts
Good technical English language skills: spoken and written
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is an asset
Software skills regarding Auto CAD, Visio and similar programs would an asset
Willingness to learn continuously
