  • A track record of exceptional partnering across a wide-array of internal business groups, Global stakeholders across different geos and organizational boundaries
  • The ability to drive complex projects, deal with ambiguity and be comfortable interacting with senior leaders and virtual teams, both internally and externally is essential in this role.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit that is passionate about building businesses within a fast-paced environment, while changing the way customers perceive our brand and our products
  • A character that exemplifies Microsoft values including integrity, honesty, openness, personal excellence, constructive self-criticism, continual self-improvement, and mutual respect
  • MBA preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

In your role asDigital Store Japan Commercial Lead, you will focus on the following areas:

  • anage the business performance for your area of responsibility and present this in regular meetings onJapan and Asiaand Corporate level.
  • Develop annual strategic growth plans and drive their execution to achieve revenue, profit and market share goals for Microsoft Store products (Hardware & Services).
  • Drive projects with the involvement of stakeholders from different functions and geos to improve processes with an impact on SLA and customer experience.
  • Partner with site merchandising team to ensure a smooth launch of new products and services on our store front.
  • Perform in-depth analysis and turn them into strategic insights, present these in convincing figures and turn them into action
  • Seek out ways to automate and simplify manual processes in order to improve productivity.

In this highly visible role, you will partner with executive leadership and stakeholders inJapan and Asiaand US to define the overall go to market strategy for SMB/Education/Public Sector audiences.Success in this role is dependent on deep value-add relationships with multiple internal stakeholders
