Key job responsibilities
Your key objectives will include:
- Establish accountability and secure sponsorship of partner executives in EMEA to drive increased sales velocity in select set of enterprise acocunts
- 15+ years of global experience in partner management and sales leadership, in the technology/cloud industry
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication and stakeholder management skills at the executive level
- Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross functional teams or equivalent
- Proven track record of building partner business in the EMEA region
- Experience of thriving in rapidly evolving, ambiguous environments while driving cross-functional collaboration
- Proven ability to operate through influence
- 10+ years of experience managing and developing high performing business in the EMEA market
- Enterprise selling experience either directly or through partners, ideally in green-field/net-new customer acquisition in EMEA
- Deep understanding of the AWS partner ecosystem and go-to-market strategies in the EMEA region
