We are an international engineering company providing services in the field of technical consulting, design, and investment project management.

Global Business Services center located in Krakow provide global support for our line of business and corporate teams in the following areas: Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, Procurement, Payroll and Project Management.

GBS centralizes some of the processes across Jacobs and focuses on process excellence while also advancing the transformation initiative through additional work migration.

Jacobs’ IT Sourcing organization manages IT suppliers and develops and executes procurement category strategies and provides analysis reporting that support the needs of Jacobs’ business units and IT Leadership. The IT Business Analyst provides will implement process improvement solutions and provide requirements to IT developer teams while facilitating enhancements to IT Sourcing supported tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Exists within our Jacobs’ IT Sourcing organization and reports to the IT Sourcing Supervisor
  • Maintains data integrity of Contracts module in ServiceNow platform, facilitates ad-hoc requests to coordinate workflows within ServiceNow
  • Process Improvement actions related to Sourcing and Procurement contract renewals
  • Gather requirements and perform regular reviews of data quality of dashboards utilized by IT Leadership
  • Coordinates New Hire Onboarding experience
  • Provide reporting and metrics based on various IT Sourcing criteria
  • Regular reviews and documentation of current and new processes
  • Uses superior interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with buyers, analysts, stakeholders and functional partners at all levels of the organization.
Here's what you'll need

.

  • Minimum 1 year of career experience in Procurement/Business Process Improvement/Administrative
  • Bachelor’s Degree in economy, supply chain management, finance, business or another applicable field (related experience in lieu of a degree will be considered)
  • Proven self-starter who can work independently and within a team while effectively juggling multiple priorities
  • Experience of ServiceNow platform is an asset
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and process improvement skills
  • Knowledge of Procurement, Supply Chain Management or Strategic Sourcing process and methodology
  • Strong communication skills, Fluent English both written and verbal required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
