- 10 years of experience in media agency, marketing, advertising or sales industry.
- 3 years of experience leading a team and managing people.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish, Portuguese and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics.
- Ability to model and coach sales behaviors, take initiative and help teams understand performance data, identify opportunities, land and scale success.
- Ability to own sales team operations across Spain and Portugal: portfolio management, team building, KPI measurement, and execution.
- Ability to lift, support, inspire and grow your team and customers.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, investigative and communication skills.
