Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
- Ability to communicate in English and Romanian fluently to support client relationship management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including questioning, objection handling, compelling narratives, storytelling and competitive promoting.
- Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics, and in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
- Knowledge of agency business models, growth, and new business acquisition for agencies.
- Ability to own a portfolio in a Sales context.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.
