Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or account management, in the Digital Marketing/Advertising industries.
Experience in working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
Experience with working in business and pitching to clients.
Ability to communicate in English and Dutch fluently to support client and agency engagements.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with assessing and achieving client success by business techniques, including questioning, objection handling, compelling narratives, storytelling and promotions.
Experience with managing partnerships.
Experience with working in a changing and collaborative environment.
Knowledge of agency business models, customer retention, growth and new business acquisition for agencies.
Ability to own a portfolio in a business context, and achieve goals to drive growth.
