Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Ability to communicate in English and Romanian fluently to support client relationship management.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including questioning, objection handling, compelling narratives, storytelling and competitive promoting.
Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics, and in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
Knowledge of agency business models, growth, and new business acquisition for agencies.
Ability to own a portfolio in a Sales context.
Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.
