Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in media agency, marketing, advertising or sales industry.
3 years of experience leading a team and managing people.
Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
Ability to communicate in Spanish, Portuguese and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics.
Ability to model and coach sales behaviors, take initiative and help teams understand performance data, identify opportunities, land and scale success.
Ability to own sales team operations across Spain and Portugal: portfolio management, team building, KPI measurement, and execution.
