Support IPT on technical issues related to PF/BU. Assist capacity, cost and product organisational change.Proto/Pilot &at the factory sites.Responsibilities:* Factory Site Technical Quality Metrics ownership and driving metrics improvement.* Responsible for Sustaining Yield & YAP management and execution.* PPR and LS/LA ownership within Factory Site.* Support IPT on all technical issues by PF/BU. Supportengineering functions at factories.* Manage manufacturing build process and process control validation.* Responsible for assembly capacity, NRE review and approval, and product change management (LECO implementation & Deviation creation).* Support quarterly supply chain scorecard inputs and feedback.* Responsible for conducting MPa/DF/ODM/OEM and CTQ audits & qualification and on-boarding efforts.* Support NPI Proto/Pilot &at the Factory sites if the NPI Proto/Pilot activities are done in the region.* Deploy global manufacturing process improvements at the factories.* Responsible for product moves, execution, and bring-up within a site.* Support QE by executing factory related RMA and CLCA.* Initiate and drive solutions for closed loop corrective actions Mg Partners and Component Suppliers.* Drive bone pile metrics, review repair practices and adherence to 3 strikes guidelines, and collaborate with Test Engineering.* Monitor and assess overall technical capability of the factory site.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree in engineering
Bilingual in English and Thai to work with our manufacturing partner people
3 years ofrelevantexperienceto the role
Knowledge in micro optics assembly and testingin a manufacturing environment
Attitude for problem-solving and risk management
Preferred Qualifications:
Working experience in multi-mode optics
assembly and testing experience
