Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the exec and being his go-to person for all needs.
- Manage finance/legal aspects, accounting tasks, and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Oversee day-to-day operational tasks.
- Managing business calendars and personal schedules
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or financial management role in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize tasks in a very dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.
- Availability throughout the week, including unconventional hours
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
