What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the key financial advisor to Marketing, Customer Success, and R&D teams, helping shape strategies that align with Redis’ growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, including new product development, marketing campaigns, and customer success efforts.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives, including cloud optimization initiatives, product launches, and customer retention strategies, with financial insights and analysis.
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for Marketing, Customer Success, and R&D functions.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for senior leadership to ensure visibility into operating and financial performance.
  • Evaluate the financial impact of strategic decisions, offering recommendations to optimize return on investment (ROI).

What will you need to have?

  • 8-10+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance in an FP&A role in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related quantitative field
  • Strong spreadsheet modeling and presentation skills
  • Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment
  • Ability to work in a challenging and fast-paced start-up environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Works comfortably with incomplete information and deals with ambiguity in a dynamic environment
  • Extraordinarily detail-oriented with strong work ethic and team-first attitude
