What you’ll do:
- Serve as the key financial advisor to Marketing, Customer Success, and R&D teams, helping shape strategies that align with Redis’ growth objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, including new product development, marketing campaigns, and customer success efforts.
- Support cross-functional initiatives, including cloud optimization initiatives, product launches, and customer retention strategies, with financial insights and analysis.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for Marketing, Customer Success, and R&D functions.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for senior leadership to ensure visibility into operating and financial performance.
- Evaluate the financial impact of strategic decisions, offering recommendations to optimize return on investment (ROI).
What will you need to have?
- 8-10+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance in an FP&A role in a high-growth SaaS environment
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related quantitative field
- Strong spreadsheet modeling and presentation skills
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment
- Ability to work in a challenging and fast-paced start-up environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Works comfortably with incomplete information and deals with ambiguity in a dynamic environment
- Extraordinarily detail-oriented with strong work ethic and team-first attitude

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $184,202–$208,608
