Oversee the team’s responsible for Yotpo’s top-funnel digital marketing, including paid acquisition, CRO, web operations, and SEO (externally), optimizing for MQLs
Work cross functionally with leadership and teams within Marketing such as Demand Generation (new business and cross-sell), Regional Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Brand, Product Marketing, Events, Content, Design, BI and collaborate on cross-company projects.
Develop a full-funnel demand creation and capturing strategy for all of Yotpo’s product lines (Email, Subscriptions, SMS, Loyalty, Reviews), funnel types (high-touch and self-service, low touch) and geos (US, UK, ANZ) with a key focus on digital user touch points, nurturing flows and CRO.
Own all paid media efforts, namely performance marketing and digital sponsorships (such as publishers and affiliate), developing strategies that cover all funnel stages from awareness to conversion and sourced MQLs
Develop effective conversion strategies aimed at turning visitors/soft leads into MQLs leveraging email nurtures, online retargeting, and dedicated webpages
Own the Yotpo.com entity – inbound traffic, web assets, oversee site performance, SEO, CRO, analytics infrastructure, optimization, A/B testing
Recognize funnel pitfalls in our inbound flow. Come up with innivative solutions to address them, leveraging paid acquisition, nurture flows (ads and emails), and custom web experiences, powered by tech and data
About you:
8+ years of experience in performance marketing/demand generation, owning the funnel E2E at an eCommerce software or B2B SaaS company – must
Solid experience leading and developing high performing teams – must
A deep understanding of the sales funnel within a B2B organization
Hands-on experience and/or leadership of paid acquisition, SEO, CRO & email marketing
Excellent in driving cross-functional efforts with multiple stakeholders and production dependencies
Highly detail oriented, entrepreneurial spirit and an aggressive can-do attitude
