- Regularly engage with marketing leads to challenge performance, refine strategies, and encourage innovation.
- Budget Management:
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation and maximum ROI.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization without sacrificing performance.
- Performance Optimization:
- Analyze campaign performance to identify improvements and provide actionable insights.
- Guide marketing teams in leveraging data and analytics to achieve and exceed KPIs.
- User Acquisition Expertise:
- Bring deep knowledge of user acquisition strategies for mobile games to explore and implement new marketing channels.
- Test innovative platforms to expand player reach and engagement.
- Collaboration and Thought Leadership:
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across marketing teams within Growth Ventures.
- Partner with Playtika’s other marketing departments to align strategies with broader organizational goals.
Requirements
- Proven track record ( 8+ years ) of leading successful marketing initiatives within the mobile gaming industry.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing and user acquisition strategies.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor diverse teams.
- Strategic mindset, balancing brand-building with performance marketing.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
