Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience in sales management, management consulting, or strategy/sales operations roles at an enterprise software company.
Experience working in an enterprise software, cloud sales, or consulting organization.
Experience with data analytics, SQL, and dashboards.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience leading large programs or consulting projects in an enterprise space.
Experience influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
Ability to succeed in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment with limited direction, balance competing priorities, and manage several time-sensitive projects at once.
Ability to project manage and work with minimal guidance.
Excellent strategic, problem-solving, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
Comfortable crafting and communicating insights from data, as well as attention to detail and an interest in metrics/understanding trends and patterns in business performance.
