Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Experience in engaged selling.
Experience as a facilitator for learning programs and workshops.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in advising executive leaders on strategy, organization, and operations topics.
Experience managing and delivering project components with limited guidance.
Proven ability to identify and solve problems within a given project scope.
Excellent investigative skills, including the ability to distill insights from complex data and present actionable recommendations.
