Roles and Responsibilities
- Achieve orders and sales target for assigned products in Eastern Finland, and partly, in Northern Finland
- Build strong business relationships and answer to customers’ inquiries and needs
- Provide clinical training to end-users
- Maintain a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory,
- Present and discuss the technology and clinical benefits with healthcare professionals
- Maintain up to date knowledge of your products together with modality team,
- Track and communicate market trends to/from the field including competitor data
- Forecast sales within the applicable sales funnel tools
- Represent the company at relevant medical conferences and technical exhibitions to promote products/solutions and company
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in clinical or technical field
- Strong presentation skills, as well as negotiation & closing skills
- Understanding of hospital environments and public procurement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English
- Ability to travel and valid driver’s license
Desired Characteristics
- Master’s degree
- Experience from OR/ICU
- Sales experience med-tech/health-tech industry
