Required/minimum qualifications
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR 7+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years’ experience with developing and delivering customer demos/proof of concepts for Security across competitive offerings
Additional or preferred qualifications- 8+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
- Certification in Microsoft 365 Security Administration or Cloud Security
- Consultative Technical Selling and Challenger mindset.Validated experience in consultative technical selling approach, including bringing innovative ideas to customers problems and being customer focused.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to technical challenges.
- Deep understanding industry/vertical focused data security standards/regulations such as HIPPA, PCI, GDPR, etc., and frameworks like Information Governance Reference Model (IGRM).
- Experience presenting the value of technology solutions and architectures through customer presentations, design sessions, POCs accelerating technical wins.
- Technical Depth: Hands on and expert level technical knowledge of relevant products and solutions
Solution Engineering IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $128,000 - CAD $222,400 per year.
