You will:

  • Lead the Swedish Sales Team and Work Council
  • Represent Dell Technologies in press, industry associations, and public forums
  • Implement Dell’s business strategy with a deep understanding of Sweden’s evolving technology landscape
  • Hold full revenue, margin, and OPEX responsibility for the Swedish sales business

This role leads a matrixed organisation of approximately 200+ peopleand reports to theregion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build diverse, highly skilled, and professional teams
  • Foster a collaborative and customer-focused culture across the Swedish organisation
  • Ensure strategic agility to stay competitive in dynamic markets
  • Influence the IT agenda at the highest levels, including CxO and government stakeholders
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences and complex business solutions
  • Act as a keynote speaker and press spokesperson on AI strategy and Dell’s role in transformation
  • Drive strategic account management and pipeline development
  • Attract, retain, and develop top-tier sales talent
  • Represent Dell Technologies in the Swedish IT community and broader ecosystem
  • Lead the sales organisation to meet or exceed performance objectives
  • Actively contribute to the North European Senior Management Team

Requirements

  • Proven track record in managing technology sales or solutions businesses

  • Experience managing matrix organisations
  • Strong business acumen, change management and adaptability
  • Master’s degree or MBA with commercial orientation preferred
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
