Provide leadership to the brokerage network with strong focus on sales and people management
Provide sales leadership to Sales Heads, RMs/ROs, and Service RMs/Officers to exceed financial plan numbers and net promoter score targets
Ensure that the group operates in a manner that deliver Advanced Citigold and Citi Priority client experience
Develop, motivate, and empower team members to fully realize their potential and to maximize sales opportunities for the brokerage business
Responsible for business development of the affluent to create new investment and banking opportunities
Establish and develop strong partnerships with the bank and other businesses units to develop new client relationships
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
10+ years relevant experience
Good in-depth knowledge of financial products and services Comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures to ensure the maintenance of operational controls that exceed audit standards Hands-on knowledge of branch and AML functions
