Design and collaborate on compensation strategy and lead complex compensation projects.
Collaborate with HR and external vendors to design, implement, and refine employee benefits programs across different countries and support international relocation processes' comp & ben aspects.
Design and lead our analytics activities to support data-driven decision-making.
Develop and conduct training sessions for all management levels, working closely with senior stakeholders across the organization, including HR leadership, finance, payroll, and management.
All you need is:
A Bachelor's degree (at minimum) in Economics, Business Administration, or Statistics.
At least 7 years of experience as a Compensation & Benefits Partner, ideally in the high-tech industry.
Experience in Compensation & Benefits in a publicly traded company is a must.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally some BI/analytical tools.
Experience with global benchmarking and working with global/local brokers is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and teamwork skills.
