As a senior compensation and benefits consultant, your responsibilities will include:Participating in and presenting at meetings with clients at all seniority levels, including leaders, management, CEOs, and board of directors.Working directly with client stakeholders, including managers, VP HRs, CFOs, CEOs, and board members.Gaining professional experience in compensation and benefits at the highest level.Requirements:
Compensation & benefits experience (5+ years)
Excellent communication skills, fully capable of writing and verbally expressing in Hebrew and English, Proven track record of working in English – speaking, reading, writing, and presenting presentations at a proficient levelAbility to work flexibly, including in unusual hoursMobility/driving license
Consulting/Project Manager experience – AdvantageStrong Excel skills (including complex functions, and pivot tables) – Advantage
