Position Overview:
As part of our growing organization, this is a unique opportunity to shape C&B practices and scale them across functions/regions. You will have visibility into senior leadership decisions and influence how we attract, retain, and reward talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate global compensation and benefits processes, including annual salary review, variable and bonus plans, equity grants, and ongoing program management.
- Enforce and promote the company’s Compensation & Benefits methodologies, ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance with all relevant legislation and internal policies.
- Participate in and manage compensation survey submissions (e.g., Zviran, Radford) while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Perform market analyses and benchmarking to identify compensation trends and provide insights that inform business decisions.
- Design, maintain, and continuously optimize global salary structures, pay grades, and compensation salary ranges.
- Oversee the administration and governance of global benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance across all locations.
- Perform data analysis, develop reports, and present actionable recommendations to HR and business stakeholders.
