Be responsible for building and setting the strategy behind the compensation & benefits plans in Ukraine and Poland
Proactively engage, partner with and advise senior leadership and HRBPs to contribute to the company’s success
Collaborate with stakeholders such as Legal, Finance and benefits brokers, to ensure alignment with our total rewards programs
Be accountable for job evaluation, competitive assessment and compensation infrastructure across diverse company roles
Conduct data analysis, evaluate market trends and ensure our total reward packages are competitive to industry benchmarks and are matching to Wix’s culture
Support compensation processes including comp system, budgets, ranges, surveys, training and internal comp tools in alignment with the global C&B team
Be part of C&B global team and be its focal point in Ukraine and Poland
