Job title:

This means you will be responsible to own the PLS App (UX) design and roadmap, ensure participation of varies Businesses, drive deployment in Region/Zones with field engagement, while taking accountability on the related program Sales ambitions.

This means you will be responsible to own the Philips Lifecycle Services (PLS) App (UX) design and roadmap, ensure up to date participation and offerings of IGT & PD Business on the platform, drive Region / zone deployment and FSE app-engagement, while taking accountability on the related program Sales Annual Operating Plan (AOP) aspirations.


Your role:

  • Defining and execute the Philips Lifecycle Services Strategy Cross Business (Precision Diagnosis (PD) & IGT) and Regions, including related commercial processes (App creation, deployment, engagement, aspirations).
  • Development and maintenance of a leading PLS App (UX) design, inc improvement and maintenance roadmap (in alignment with our Digital and IT teams).
  • Ensure cross-BU program participation for relevant and up to date catalogue management and portfolio offering.
  • App deployment and FSE app-engagement per zone as per plan.
  • Alignment on the go-to-market approach across the Business with the marketing priorities of our central team.
  • Commercial aspirations (Sales per AOP) and related performance management of the business and markets.

You're the right fit if:

  • Preferably a MSc., in (Business) Economics and/or Marketing.
  • At least 10 years’ experience in marketing or an e-commerce role.
  • Experience in e-commerce, Digital Marketing, CLV (Customer Lifetime Value), services sales and marketing.
  • Strong project management and organization skills, preferably LEAN (e.g. Daily Management, PRIDE).
  • Experience in a regulated working environment is preferred.
  • Track record in marketing processes, strategic planning and budgeting.
  • Ability to work as an integrator in a dynamic matric organization.
  • Ability to synthesize market analyses and feedback into appropriate technical roadmap and short-term commercial interventions.
  • Self-starting mentality, structured, analytically strong and results driven.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language.
