Your challenge

As a Sr Program Manager Productivity you manage the service operational market margin together with your team consisting out of productivity- and modality performance managers. You will have a central position within Service and be working closely with Markets, R&D and Global S&SD.

Together with your team and your peers you will drive the monthly market margin performance according AOP plan and take corrective actions when needed to get back on track. At the same time you will secure the long term impact by building and maintaining a multi year productivity funnel and roadmap.

Next to financial performance you will also contribute to customer satisfaction by owning the customer centric ‘Time To System Up’ program. You will be responsible for managing the performance- and transformation progress.

You are responsible for

  • Leading the productivity team of approx. 6 FTE.

  • Monthly performance management by material- and labor cost management.

  • Create monthly reports on status, root causes and counter measures.

  • Building and driving progress on a multi year productivity funnel consisting out of material and labor initiatives to drive down costs.

  • Secure investments and resources are in place to drive productivity items from design to market release.

  • Prepare annual operating plans together with our peers in the markets, R&D and Global S&SD.

  • Improve customer satisfaction by owning transformation and performance of the TTSU (Time To System Up) multi year program.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following education, skills and experience

  • MSc., in a technical or service/performance management domain.

  • Strong experience in complex program and projects management in international business.

  • Self-starting mentality, independent.

  • Well structured, results driven and able to create transparency.

  • Experienced team leader.

  • Strong communication, influencing skills, stakeholder management skills and ability to motivate.

  • Experienced in Lean/ Six Sigma and driving continuous improvement, change management.

  • Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language.

  • Willingness to travel up to approx. 10%.
