Continuous Improvement Lead (IGT-S)
Your role

• You will lead cross-functional teams to achieve our top business objectives, applying Lean concepts like Daily Management, Problem Solving, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen and Hoshin,

• Together with business owners, you will define the current and future state processes needed to achieve our long-term strategic goals, and identify and lead (where applicable) improvement activities to achieve that future state,

• You will deliver training and support in the field of Lean competence development. You will coach Hoshin, Daily Management, and Problem-Solving teams,

• You will join in building an extraordinary Business, Process and Systems Excellence (BPSE) team by continuously improving our own skills and tools. You will coach and support your fellow team members.

You're the right fit if

• You have minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in a global company with various cultural environments,

• You have a track record in designing and implementing organizational and procedural changes in a cross-functional organization,

• You have a track record in successful application of Lean / Continuous Improvement. You have diverse experience with Lean in non-Operations (e.g., Research & Development, Quality & Regulatory, Sales & Marketing and Customer Service).

• You are able to provide in-depth training and coaching in Lean / Continuous Improvement (e.g., Daily Management, Problem Solving and Value Stream Mapping).

• You have strong affinity with advanced technology, preferably in the medical domain,

• You have excellent communication, change and stakeholders management skills being able to work with multiple levels of the organization. You are resilient and flexible.
