• You will nurture top talented sales representatives, by developing strong relationships with each member of your team, identifying ‘Moments that Matter’ to each, and guide them to achieving their full potential through performance and progression in their career.
• You will dedicate time through regular 1-2-1 meetings with your team members to align on vision and build a plan around performance and development sessions as well as a retention plan.
• You will deliver performance expectations by sharing accurate revenue projections.
