Your key responsibilities
- Understand the needs of different service lines to ensure tailored solutions
- Resonate with the needs of various stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are met
- Harmonize bottom-up needs with strategic goals, maintaining the “One Firm” concept
- Support the definition, design, and development of local learning programs.
- Coordinate the identification of skills needs and support learning design.
- Develop and manage a group of courses within a curriculum.
- Create deployment strategies and budgets for learning programs.
- Leading a team of 5 professionals
- Developing cooperation with strategically critical education/training institutions.
- Engage with internal and external resources for learning program development.
- Support the creation of learning solution plans and materials.
- Provide evidence-based insights, drive quality services, and act as a change champion in learning initiatives.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development in corporate environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in leading a team of at least 5.
- Proficiency in creating and managing learning deployment plans and budgets.
- Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication within the organization and with stakeholders.
- Experience in coordinating and supporting the design and development of learning programs.
