About our Jacobs Engagement and Social Planning Section
You will:
- Live Sydney Water and Creek Connect’s shared values and ensure the ‘customer is at the heart’ as we deliver the USCN Program.
- Prepare, manage, implement and update the Program Internal Communications Plan.
- Support the Program Leadership Team with the preparation and roll out of a range of communications and events.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of internal communication channels and deliverables.
- Manage the Program SharePoint, liaising with various departments to ensure consistent and appropriate sharing of information and messaging.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify communication needs and support Program milestones.
- Support preparation, coordinate, review and manage all Program wide internal communications, including (but not limited to); newsletters, ad hoc communications, reports, and other communications to executive leadership, the program team, and Sydney Water.
- Review and edit a range of Program documents to ensure standardisation, consistency and quality
- Champion and reinforce the Creek Connect brand, and ensure this brand is consistently applied in line with Sydney Water’s branding and style guidelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align communication activities with Program objectives
- Be available to work full-time from Sydney Water’s Parramatta office
