Responsibilities of this role may include:
Leading a small team driving complex process improvement initiatives
Designing, developing, and managing process initiatives in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements
Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
Serving as subject matter expert on a process improvement initiatives and procedure changes
Deliver strategy for customer migration processes and proactively seek risk mitigation in relation to those impacts
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 2 years of experience in Process management
At least 2 years of experience in People management
At least 2 years of experience in Relationship management
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree
Process or Project Management certification (i.e. Lean, Six Sigma, PMP), Business Management certification
2+ years of Risk Management experience
4+ years of experience in Process Management
4+ years of experience in People Management
4+ years of Complex problem solving experience
