Responsibilities of this role may include:

  • Leading a small team driving complex process improvement initiatives

  • Designing, developing, and managing process initiatives in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements

  • Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments

  • Serving as subject matter expert on a process improvement initiatives and procedure changes

  • Deliver strategy for customer migration processes and proactively seek risk mitigation in relation to those impacts

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in Process management

  • At least 2 years of experience in People management

  • At least 2 years of experience in Relationship management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree

  • Process or Project Management certification (i.e. Lean, Six Sigma, PMP), Business Management certification

  • 2+ years of Risk Management experience

  • 4+ years of experience in Process Management

  • 4+ years of experience in People Management

  • 4+ years of Complex problem solving experience
