We at Gigafactory Berlin Design and Construction are are looking for a Senior Site Manager to joinan energetic and vibrant environment. In this role, your main responsibility isto coordinate Contractors on site- Throughyour work, you will play a crucialrole in helping clients and stakeholders.

· Manage subcontractors to help deliver the projecton time and within budget in a daily basis and to provide the ConstructionManager with reliable information from site activities (including 3 weeks lookahead schedule).​

· Create SOW on workforce management and managecontractors to ensure access for all workers required.​

· Manage contractors to submit WKRQ in time andform and lead the request with approvers. ​

· Supervise the project planning, sitecontractors, ensure works including all interior fixings and equipment arecompleted to a satisfactory standards for Qc and Cx and coordinate workssupervision at every shift.​

· Invoice checking to provide the ConstructionManager reliable information for approvals.​

· Support hand over site walks and lead punchlist completion from blue tag to green tag to ensure a satisfactory delivery tothe client.​

· Work on multiple projects / areas at the sametime.​

· Provide solutions for any blocker that thecontractors might face and keeping existing areas/systems protected.​

· Own the material deliveries to Tesla and tocontractors, own material storage in Tesla facilities (survey with materialsstorage constant update).​

· Escalate topics to Construction Manager.​

· Bachelors and/or Master’s Degree in Construction,Engineering or Technical Field and/or evidence of exceptionalexperience.

· Excellent written and verbal communication inEnglish. German is a plus.

· High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

· Willingness to spend a high percentage of time inthe field and to get hands dirty as needed to complete objectives or find thecorrect information.

· Ability to work within a high-performance,cross-functional organization with extremely tight timelines and aggressivegoals.

· Flexibility to cover nightshifts and weekendshifts.
