What You’ll DoWhat You’ll Bring
- Identify and assess future and current training needs for Tesla’s Supply Chain organization through employee feedback and process issue analyses
- Prepare training plans that address needs and expectations of supply chain teams in varying roles
- Develop employee learning and development strategy for the EMEA supply chain organization
- Document and maintain training guides and templates for online and offline training
- Facilitate live training sessions through an interactive and engaging training plan
- Resolve any specific problems through tailored training programs as necessary
- Troubleshoot and resolve learner issues in the LMS and other systems
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Supply Chain, evidence of exceptional ability, or equivalent
- Deep understanding of Adult Learning Theory
- 5+ years of learning and development experience, preferably in Supply Chain and/or corporate environment
- Fluent in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
- Strong writing and record keeping ability for training materials
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe Creative Cloud suite
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar preferred
- Demonstrated experience developing self-paced blended learning experiences, storyboards, job aids, online tutorials, and assessments
