Drive the to-be process for Cloud Pre-packaged Services
Align with business stakeholders across regions and GTM models, including Engagement Delivery (e.g. Preferred Success) and Service Delivery (e.g. Cloud Embedded Services, Professional Services)
Translate the cloud transformation needs into functional concepts which can be realized by the engineering teams
Oversee enablement, adoption and end user satisfaction across the various personas within the target groups
Identify business challenges and opportunities within Engagement & Service Delivery that can be addressed using AI capabilities
Work with established network of business stakeholder representatives to generate and prioritize a range of ideas, including quick wins, which can be further refined with the engineering teams and integrated in our product roadmaps
Drive innovation by leveraging the power of AI to transform customer success, automate manual tasks, boost operational efficiency and achieve sustainable process excellence
Holds a master’s degree in related field (Business Administration, Economics, Science, Information Technology) or equivalent experience with a proven record of exceptional performance

Knowledge of SAP’s Service Delivery landscape is a plus
