Our internal Finance department is looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant. You will join a young and dynamic team, within a leading global professional services firm.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Code and control invoices and credits into the financial system
• Manage vendor accounts, supplier issues, and approval flow
• Oversee communication with our shared service center abroad
• Develop procedures and controls to ensure accuracy and standardize and/or simplify processes
• Perform reconciliations and rectify discrepancies by working with relevant teams
• Support responding to questions from internal and external parties
• Provide management with regular reports based on defined KPIs
  

Your Profile

You have/are:

• a bachelor or master degree
• a minimum of 3 years of working experience in accounts payable accounting
• fluent in French or Dutch and English
• throughout your career already gained experience in working with financial software (preferably SAP) and are adept in Excel
• passionate about finance
• able to adapt quickly to changes and can handle multiple priorities concurrently
• analytical, accurate and have strong data-gathering skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, which makes you a great communicator
• Experience in working in a multinational company with people scattered all over the world
