Our infrastructure is supported by more than 300 datacenters around the world that enable services for more than 1 billion customers in over 90 countries.Cloud Manufacturing Operations and Fulfillment (CMOF) organization within CSCP manages business operations performance and supplies hardware to the datacenters. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 3+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, or related experience
  • OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 1+ year(s) supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, or related experience
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years technology-related supply chain, operations, supplier management, sourcing and manufacturing, or related experience.
• 3+ years of technical skills with ability to develop real-time, actionable PBI, Excel, SQL & other order book tracking tools, scorecard & metrics reporting.
• 3+ years of experience with large scale complex project or program management with proven track record of leading across functions, successfully setting up and executing operational processes, change management, system & tooling optimization with little supervision.

• Proven ability tooperateeffectively in ambiguous situations, with conflicting priorities and a high degree of change-usingbusiness judgment to think strategically and execute tactically with a hands-on spirit
• Prior experience in supply chain with firm understanding of globallogistics, manufacturing, procurement, demand & supply planning, fulfillment operations, common inventory stocking & replenishment models
• Experiencewith large scale complexproject or program management with proventrack recordofleading across functions,successfully setting up and executing operational processes, change management, system & tooling optimization with little supervision
• Ability to partner at senior levels to design and communicate program roadmap and implement solutions frominceptionto launch
• Understanding of networking infrastructure within an enterprise IT, Cloud or Data Center environment
• Experience inleveragingMachine Learning models
• Proven coaching/mentoring capabilities to motivate a growth mindset, elevate team impact, and proven history of supporting team member’s career projection plans
• Lean-6 sigma black/green belt, PMP, Kaizen, CPIM/CSCP certification, or relevant project and process experience preferred

Supply Planning IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. • Accountable for order fulfilmentwithin aggressive cycle-time targets to includeinternal stakeholder management and cross-team actions needed to ensure adherence to delivery commitments.
  • This responsibility requires high collaboration and oversight of a 3rd party fulfillment partner who inventories, executes, and deliversPO’son behalf of MSFT
• Act as the face of the SCOM organization to our partnersand internal customersto understand customer delivery requirements and develop/implement strategies in support of those business needs.
  • This responsibility also includesa proactivecommunication of risks andopportunities,to include supply constraints and the management of allocation actions / principles needed to manage gaps and minimize unfavorable business impact
• Accountable for operational performance metrics to include, but not limited to,Cycle Time, On-Time Delivery, and order book health metrics such as ETA Timeliness to SLA, ETA Change, and PO’s Exceeding Need by Date and ETA.
  • As the owner ofNetwork performancemetrics,identifythe pareto chart of reason codes forgapsin performance, deriveinsights from this datatoaccelerateimprovement, and influence others (or lead) actions necessaryto drive continuous improvementacross the team & all lines of business
• Drive optimization in the PO approval to dock process, as a key enabler for operational performance and cycle time reduction commitments.
  • This responsibility will require multiple touch points with teamsincluding, but not limited to, MSFTTrade, Logistics, Procurement Operations, DC Operations,Capacity Planning, Sourcing,and Engineering
• Play a lead role from the business perspective on several in-flight and to-be strategic initiatives aimed at agility, cycle time reduction, new node fulfillment strategies, and supply chain simplification, acting as thebusiness requirementcontact for Engineering and other stakeholder teams as needed
• Drive supply health strategy with key suppliers through weekly engagement and metricstomonitor& ensuresupplier delivery performance, on time delivery, lead time and cycle time reductions
• Responsible for ensuring suppliers receive monthly forecasts and drive material readiness
• Work with suppliers,sourcing partners,and planning teamon buffer and replenishment models
• Develop segmented supply chain strategy and VMI(Vendor-Managed Inventory)programs
• Manage supply allocations and prioritization of constrained material
• Continually assess current state processes,looking for opportunities to drive improvements, including audit findings & implement mitigation strategies
