Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 2+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • +yearsexperienceinFinance/Accounting
  • 3+ years of experience in external audit, assurance, or accounting operations
  • Experience supporting financial systems or ERP environments (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday)
  • Knowledge of accounting controls and processes (SOX, ICFR, risk management)
  • 1+ year of experience supporting a cloud-based or technology-driven business (preferred: Azure, AWS, or similar).
  • Demonstrated experience in applying AI solutions to accounting/finance processes
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Equivalent

Business Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $76,800 - $151,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $100,800 - $168,000 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.   • Primarily supports the Compliance workstreamwhich requires deep engagement and alignment with Internal and External Audit, Corporate Financial ControlsGroupand individual control owners.Ensuring that control considerations are documented, reviewed and an approved plan is in place to ensure continued compliance throughout the project.
  • Compare existing processes and systems tovalidateandidentifyfuture solutions, assessing the impact of strategic initiatives on finance systems.Be a champion in the application/recommendation of AIentablementswithin current processes as well as with program management
