KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Create, ideate and research learning programs, interventions, events and partners to build knowledge and skills for the wholesale audience globally
  • Relationship & project management with global and local internal business matter experts to create learning programs and content.
  • Support strategic planning process and learning needs analysis engaging in global and market calls for input and sell in
  • Manage vendors and external agencies in the design and creation of impactful learning programs
  • Engage and manage global wholesale digital community and information calendar and platform
  • Oversee budget and processes for wholesale learning programs and go to market
  • Partner with internal experts for analytics and digital tools ensuring best in class implementation and analysis to deliver impact and measure program results to adjust as needed
  • Manage and oversee the budget implementation process
  • Preparation of Monthly insights (Power BI) and development of the Insights tools (Excel reports and Power BI Dashboard)
  • Through external networking, bench learning and research contribute to further develop Sales Academy wholesale learning to be(come) best-in-class and future proof
  • Product Owner for the One Stop Shop Wholesale Learning Lab: Main counter part for the agency, bug fixing and development of functionalities and the UX.

  • Markets: Market Sales Development and Wholesale and DPC Leads, HR Partners

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Solid wholesale experience on global or market level. In depth understanding of wholesale processes, tools, systems and timelines.
  • Strong project and budget management and planning skills. Highly organized and demonstrated follow through.
  • Ability to develop and implement innovative strategiesanalyze data and identify learning solutions
  • Flexibility to work with short timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Relationship management- Ability to interact at all levels within an organization—both orally and in writing

  • Able to derive Insights from a variety of data sets
  • Broad understanding of how all facets of learning principles and methodologies can affect participant motivation, learning needs and the learning experience.

  • Solid understanding of wholesale landscape and sell-in process
  • Digital community management experience a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Additional language is an advantage
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience paired with a strong interest in training and / or learning management.
  • Diploma or degree from educational entity focusing on Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Personnel Administration or related field
