Design and implement trainer-led learning programs in close collaboration with theDelivery & Implementation leadand other Global Sales Academy (GSA) work streams
Collaborate with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and external agencies for program design, delivery and content development
Project manage the creation and realization of Retail Capability programs and initiatives for specific audiences from learning needs analysis to content design to test/pilot and implementation in defined markets
Implement and continuously review a sustainable and complete framework to measure the success of the trainer-led Retail Capability programs in all markets
Act asthe lead point of contactwithin global retail on all topics related to trainer-led capability programs for retail audiences
Drive the development of new concepts and ideas which support the ongoing capabilitydevelopment of retail audiences
Be an agent of change for building a culture of feedback and coaching across all retail markets
Ensure programs are designed and targeted at knowledge, skills and mindset as defined within adidas retail competency framework
Manage communication, logistics and administration requirements of trainer-led programs
Define and apply success criteria and learning measurement KPIs for retail capability programs
Build and maintain a solid working relationship with
Work towards increased relevancy and effectiveness of learning programs content with market training teams
Support markets in program implementation to ensure success criteria are met
Facilitate a culture of sharing and adopting global best practices across all markets
Lead planning the annual retail capabilities program pipeline to ensure timely and balancedimplementation across our own retail stores and where relevant franchise stores
Manage the annual working budget for the workstream
Supportthe GSA team with internal tasks as required.

Solid understanding of adult learning principles
Solid understanding of learning design methodologies
Ability to create compelling, relevant and interactive learning programs
Strong training delivery and facilitation skills, both virtual and in-person

Planning and project management skills
Advanced skills in MS Office, Communication (MS TEAMS) and Virtual Training (ZOOM) platforms
Fluentin English, additional language is an advantage
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
3+ years in a retail store leadership role with experience in leading store teams and managing store performance
5+ years retail training experience, preferably in the apparel / retail industry
3+ years of experience in learning program delivery and implementation
3+ years of experience in learning program design
Accreditation / certification as Learning & Development professional preferred
Professional experience with coaching and mentoring within a matrix organization
Professional experience in a multi-national business environment an advantage
Experience in virtual classroom training delivery isrequired
Exposure to retail industry in Asia Pacific, EMEA or North America an advantage
