This position is primarily based in a location within PNC's footprint. Responsibilities require time in the office or in a field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities can be performed remotely. Additional locations may be considered.Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize conference room audio and video systems to enhance user experience.
- Configure and maintain related AV equipment, ensuring consistent operation.- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement improvements.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- Expertise in conference room AV design, including audio and video equipment.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Graph API.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its services.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate) are a plus.
