As a Client Service Executive in Asset Management, you will manage client inquiries and complaints through various channels, including hotline, correspondence, and face-to-face meetings. You will also contribute to digital initiatives aimed at enhancing client self-service capabilities online and automating manual processes to improve efficiency. You will possess strong interpersonal skills and will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day servicing of our retail investors. Job Responsibilities
- Handle clients’ enquiries and requests via phone, written correspondence and sometimes meeting in person
- Liaise between clients and the internal teams to resolve any queries on client instructions, eTrading guidance, account maintenance and dealing related activities
- Manage, coordinate and log client complaints, feedback and issues etc. ensuring regulatory deadlines and requirements are adhered to
- Conduct ad hoc client communications surrounding product updates, operational/service changes, issues or new initiatives
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience in ETF servicing is preferred, delivering exceptional support while ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks to meet client needs
- Participate in digitalization, automation and business or regulation-driven projects and initiatives to enhance client experiences and improve efficiencies
- Provide support and information to key stakeholders across the business whenever necessary
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- University graduate with 3-year client service experience from financial institutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills with client service mind set and able to maintain good client and internal relationships
- Self-starter who is adaptive, fast-learning, responsive, extremely well-organized, detail-oriented and committed to accuracy
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and meet strict deadlines
- Professional license: SITCA License, or Senior Brokerage License or Trust License is a must
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- With fund management background is highly preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin, Taiwanese and English is preferred
- Proficient in Python, Qlicksense etc. automation tools are preferred
