Responsibilities:

  • You will liaise with our Internal Business Partners including Servicing & Fulfilment.
  • You will input Interest rate updates where applicable.
  • You will identify, Investigate, escalate, and manage breaks through to resolution.
  • You will manage daily reports and associated manual entries to GBS.
  • You will monitor sweeping alerts and escalate when necessary.
  • You will assist with end of day tasks.
  • You will provide support across projects and OpEx initiatives.

What we are looking for:

  • You will have knowledge of GBS system.
  • You will have knowledge of Excel, Word & Outlook.
  • You will have effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work as part of a team both onshore and offshore.
  • You will have attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Skills that will help (optional):

  • Having a team player attitude, enthusiasm, and commitment will be an advantage.
  • Having the ability to prioritize, use own initiative and be flexible will be an advantage.
