Senior Manager / Director– Organisation Design, People Advisory Services

Our work is varied and challenging; from creating an organisation design that determines effective organisation solutions to embedding cultural and behavioural change across an organisation. We manage communications and stakeholders, plan and implement change journeys and offer an understanding of the HR structures, practices and policies required to support the organisation.

Your key responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting across project management, organisation design, and supporting the PAS practice. Key responsibilities include:

• Be experienced of full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Degree qualified and have relevant professional experience
• 7+ years similiar experience
• Highly numerate and passionate about organisation design and people engagement
• Ability to quickly grasp complex business problems and develop appropriate solutions
