As a Inside Sales Account Manager, Renewals, you will builds and execute an account territory plan, advising Account Executives, Channel Partners and End-User customers to renew and extend Services contracts.
You will:
Build customer relationships through thought leadership.
Responsible for implementing and managing contract renewal initiatives.
Maintains contract revenue base with the highest possible retention rate seeking opportunities to improve contract revenue stream.
Ensures timely contract renewal and promotes awareness of upgrade and add-ons.
•Solid understanding of the full range of products and services and the ability to identify how these products and services align to customer needs
•Capacity to leverage cross-functional resources to achieve customer results
•Ability to teach, coach, and motivate others to improve performance, including providing feedback and identifying development opportunities
•2 to 5 years of experience in a relationship selling role
•Bachelor’s degree
